Berries

I went to Publix recently and bought some berries - strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries - because they were on special and looked really good. Well, they were really good. If you live near a Publix, go get you some. The special ends tomorrow. They also had blackberries. The strawberries tasted like they had just been picked from the strawberry patch. Melt in your mouth.

    We just got home from France where we stayed in a B&B and Marie, the owner, made us a fresh Cherry tart one morning with berries from her tree. We watched her pick the berries the evening before--I thought we might see them on our breakfast table. AND we had three different types of berry jam every morning to eat with her freshly baked bread. YUM! Just had to share that we too have been enjoying berries! :-)

    And yes, that goofy monster toy Hannah was playing with the other day is a lot like those ugly dolls you featured here on your blog. So ugly they're cute!
