the sweetest thing

i let the kids color whatever they wanted tonight at church. i know i'm not supposed to have favorites but this one little girl named Katie Britt decided she was going to make a book. so she got three pieced of construction paper and stapled one side together. she started writing i love such and such and i love so and so and i love this and i love that. i asked her what the name of her book was and she said, " its The I Love You Book". later on before she left, i looked on the front page and she had written those exact words. the i love you book. just a little 5 yr. old. i almost cried it was so sweet.
