brush after chocolate

i went to the dentist this morning - mom, don't read this.

had 4 cavities - small ones, but still 4!

i love chocolate way too much.

i'm starting to brush my teeth after lunch. i'm a sahm after all. the dentist said chocolate and candy was okay as long as you brush afterwards. halloween is coming up so when you go get your halloween candy buy some flouride too!
